No Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be exchanged or cancelled. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

If your product is damaged or you received the wrong item, you may raise an exchange request under the following terms:

Exchange requests must be raised within 4–5 days of receiving the product by emailing us at orders@keshavicraft.com.
Once we receive the returned item, your replacement will be shipped within 5–7 business days.
Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

Please mention the following on your return package:

Important Notes:

Products must be returned in original packaging and unused condition.
No exchanges will be accepted after 4 days of delivery unless approved for exceptional cases. Please write to renuramtani7@gmail.com.
In areas where pickup is not available, customers must self-ship. A credit of up to ₹150 will be provided as a coupon or credit note.
Customized and made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange.
Sale/discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Only one exchange per order is allowed. Any additional exchange will incur a charge of ₹300 (₹150 reverse + ₹150 forward shipping).
